Basic listings on E-MotoPlace are currently free. Premium listing features may be introduced in the future with advance notice.
E-MotoPlace charges two transparent fees on completed sales:
One flat rate for all sellers. No tiers, no subscriptions, no gimmicks. Fees are deducted from the sale price before payout.
Sellers receive payouts via Stripe Connect, typically within 2-5 business days after the Buyer confirms receipt or the inspection period ends. A Stripe-verified payout method (bank account or debit card) is required.
By onboarding to receive payouts, you also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement (which incorporates the Stripe Services Agreement), and you authorize E-MotoPlace to share the information necessary to create and operate your Stripe connected account. Stripe — not E-MotoPlace — holds and moves funds during the escrow period; E-MotoPlace instructs the transfer of your payout once it is due.
As a Seller, you must:

Buyers may leave honest ratings and reviews based on their experience. Sellers may respond publicly but cannot remove negative reviews unless they violate our content policy. Repeated negative feedback may affect your account standing.
E-MotoPlace evaluates seller performance based on:
Poor performance may result in warnings, listing restrictions, or account termination.
Sellers are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on their sales, including income taxes. E-MotoPlace will collect and remit applicable sales tax on transactions where required by law as a marketplace facilitator. The sales tax amount will be calculated and shown at checkout based on the buyer's location and the taxability of the item, and will be collected in addition to the purchase price. Sellers remain responsible for any taxes not collected by E-MotoPlace, including income taxes and any sales tax obligations in jurisdictions where E-MotoPlace is not required to collect. E-MotoPlace may issue IRS Form 1099-K for sellers exceeding federal reporting thresholds. Consult a tax professional for advice.
By listing items, you grant E-MotoPlace a license to use your listing content (photos, descriptions) for marketing, display, and operations. You represent that you have the right to provide all submitted content.
Sellers are solely responsible for the items they sell, including their quality, safety, legality, and performance. E-MotoPlace is not liable for claims arising from items sold through the Platform. Sellers agree to indemnify E-MotoPlace against claims arising from their listings, sales, or conduct.
Sellers may close their account at any time. Pending orders must be fulfilled before account closure. E-MotoPlace may suspend or terminate seller accounts for policy violations, fraud, or at our discretion.
We may update this Seller Agreement periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification with 30 days advance notice for fee changes.
